Commercial Title Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented Title Coordinator to support our Commercial Underwriting Manager and Title Assistant. In this role, you’ll perform administrative tasks that help prepare commercial real estate files for underwriting and closing. You will not be responsible for producing title commitments but will play a key role in organizing documentation, managing file flow, and coordinating with internal team members.

Commercial Title Officer
We are seeking an experienced Title Officer to join our Commercial Underwriting Team. In this role, you’ll be on our Production side creating Commitments, Pro Forma Policies, addressing underwriting issues from basic to complex for commercial properties in both NC and SC. You’ll be working with our clients and partners located in jurisdictions across the US on deals everywhere from the small to the nine-figure range.
